1-1 detox was originally founded in order to provide more choice for clients seeking help and advice for drug and alcohol addiction treatment.

1-1 detox provide a tailor-made Home Detox from drugs and alcohol addiction. A clinical nurse specialist lives in the client's home 24 hours per day with a consultant psychiatrist and care co-ordinator supervising the primary treatment and aftercare package.
